Email Setup

Setup email on your phone

Use Email > Add 'Other' Type Email with following info
Name: Your Name
Email: {FirstInitial}{LastName}@blackironrealty.com
Password: ASK-BROKER

Set Incoming Mail Server
Host: imap.dreamhost.com
Account: {FirstInitial}{LastName}@blackironrealty.com
Password: ASK-BROKER

Set Outgoing Mail Server
Host: smtp.dreamhost.com
Account: {FirstInitial}{LastName}@blackironrealty.com
Password: ASK-BROKER

Don't forget to test
Try sending and receiving test emails to make sure account is all good.

Use Gmail to Send & Receive Email

Log into your personal google account
Go to Settings > See All Settings > Accounts and Imports
> Send mail as > Add your email address

In the popup add following information
Name: Your Name
Email: {FirstInitial}{LastName}@blackironrealty.com
Make sure: Treat as an alias is checked
Click on 'Next Step' button

SMTP Server: smtp.dreamhost.com
Make sure: Port is 465
User Name: {FirstInitial}{LastName}@blackironrealty.com
Password: ASK-BROKER
Make Sure: Keep Secured connection is checked
Click on 'Add Account' button

Set Incoming Mail Server
Host: imap.dreamhost.com
Account: {FirstInitial}{LastName}@blackironrealty.com
Password: ASK-BROKER

Set Outgoing Mail Server
Host: smtp.dreamhost.com
Account: {FirstInitial}{LastName}@blackironrealty.com
Password:

Must be Done
Log into Email Account once
Click on the verification link from Google / Gmail and you should be able to send or receive emails from gmail
