2. Fill out our On Boarding Form and upload all the needed documents.
3. Once we review your onboarding form, we’ll send you an independent contractor agreement to sign.
4. Finally, follow the follwing Steps to Let The DRE Know that you've Joined The Family

4. Finally, follow the follwing Steps to Let The DRE Know that you've Joined The Family

Go to the California Bureau of Real Estate eLicensing section and log in.
If you do not have an online profile with the DRE you will need to register first. -
Under the License Options:
- If your license is currently with a broker click, Change Responsible Broker
- If your license is not with a broker click, Add Responsible Broker - Enter Broker License Number 02146244 and click Display Employer Information
- When Broker's name appears, click Save Broker Information
- When asked "Is your responsible broker is available to certify your Salesperson affiliation request?", Select No
- When asked "Would you like to enter your employer's email address?", Select Yes
- Enter email as broker@blackironrealty.com then click the Save Email button
After we review the above information, we will send you a welcome email within 24 hours confirming that your membership is complete. Thank you for joining Blackiron Realty!
